Account & Data Deletion

We give users full control to delete their account and related data whenever they choose.

How to Request Deletion

Subject: “Account Deletion Request”
Please use your registered email. Once verified, your account will be deleted within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Personal info (name, email, preferences)
• Login credentials from Firebase Authentication
• Payment records (subject to Razorpay’s retention rules)
• App cache and locally stored usage data

Automatic Data Cleanup

Non-personal logs and analytics data are automatically removed within 90 days of account deletion or inactivity.

Exceptions

Some records may be retained if legally required for fraud prevention or tax compliance. Such data is stored securely and deleted once no longer needed.
